Kirsty opened Blackbird ink in 2017 with the goal of creating a more welcoming tattoo shop environment for both client and artist. She brings an expectation of kindness to both the shop as a whole and each individual client interaction.

Now with 11+ years of tattoo experience, an art school background, and a tattoo award under her belt, Kirsty can handle most projects.

Outside of tattooing Kirsty does occasional mural and illustration work.

Kirsty specializes in both color and black & gray illustrative tattoos.

She excels in subject matter including, wildlife, botanicals, and anything whimsical. She especially loves tattooing birds.
